The Simple Life.

I think I was subjected to one too many reruns of the old sitcom The Good Life during formative years - we've gone and got ourselves a herb and veggie garden. (Having Nat coming from a farming family doesn't help)

Theoretically, it will be bountiful and provide us enough food all year round so we can do the whole self-sufficient, back to nature thing, but in practice? It's a small garden - we might be able to grow one tomato, one thingy of corn and maybe one potato. And that's pushing it.

Not to mention the invaders in the garden determined to eat everything before we can get to it...

Oh, the plum tree is in bloom now, too...
